In some cases you might want to return an item after receiving your order. Please follow the instructions below if this is the case.

Please note: The process described below does not concern damaged/defected items. In case you received a damaged or defected item please contact our customer service at service@sound-factory.nl.

Returns - instructions

1. If you wish to return an item, please check Article 7 of our Terms & Conditions to see if your order falls under our Return Policy. In case your item is eligible for a return you can continue to step 2.
2. Make sure to fill in and include our Return Form in your order. Without it we will not be able to process your return.
3. Arrange a return shipment to our return address. This address can be found on our Return Form.Please pack the item(s) carefully in a suitable and secure shipping box.
4. Once the shipment arrives at our warehouse we’ll handle the return and process your refund within 5 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
