If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@sound-factory.nl quoting your order number. Please note that once our Warehouse has started preparing your order for shipment, or when you have received a shipment confirmation e-mail, we cannot cancel your order. It also is not possible at that point to alter the address/order information any further.
